"Twisted" is an upcoming TV series directed by Ruke Amata and produced by Kevwe Ogunje- set to debut in November
"Twisted" is the story Minsa, who comes from a poor background and tries to live a decent life in the UK but finds himself trapped in the euphoria of a cheating relationship with the best friend of his rich crazy fiancé whom he has been engaged to for five years. They both live with two other tenants, each with their own unique characters, from a job seeker to a misfiring singer.

Early this year, there were reports of a bust-up between Nigerian superstar artists, Ice Prince and Davido at a concert in Asaba.
None of the two A- List artists have come out to confirm the report but Ice Prince has now done it, saying that there was never any issue between him and Davido in a new interview on “One on One” with Soundcity TV‘s Moet Abebe.
During the press rounds for his new reality TV show "The Adventurers", the Jim Iyke recounted a shocking experience he had during his stay in a hotel, where a stranger made un-welcomed sexual advances towards him.
The actor withheld the name of the hotel and the country saying: "I don't want the drama that comes with it."
Nollywood’s short film "Still Water Runs Deep" is set to premiere in Africa at the 2017 Africa International Film Festival.
After an exciting opening at the last Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF), New York-based filmmakers, Melissa Adeyemo and Abbesi Akhamie are proud to announce that their latest short film, ‘Still Water Runs Deep’, will be having its African premiere at this year’s Africa International Film Festival (AFRIFF).
The film tells the intimate story of a stern father, whose concealed emotions begin to stir when faced with the portent of a missing son. Veteran theatre and film actor, Toyin Oshinaike leads a prolific cast that includes Rita Edward and Yemi Adebiyi.
The film’s World Premiere at TIFF got a warm reception, where it opened to two full-house screenings.

Ace Nigerian Filmmaker Kunle Afolayan to speak on challenges and opportunities in Nollywood at the UN.
Kunle Afolayan has been invited to the United Nations Office at Geneva to discuss the opportunities and challenges in the Nigerian film industry. The panel, which will hold from November 13 - November 14, 2017, will be a week-long negotiation between UN Member States' diplomats on what to do about copyright protection worldwide. The panel is aimed at giving filmmakers an opportunity to explain to these decision makers what they (producers and directors) need to set up the right kind of legal infrastructure for filmmaking business.

In Nollywood, Sexuality and nudity can sell a Movie, but does it have the Power to make or ruin an Actor's Career?
In Hollywood, there have been cases of celebrities, who used nudity to kick-start a career. For instance, Kim Kardashian. We have also seen actors who won an Academy Award despite baring it all on screen - for instance Kate Winslet for "The Reader," Charlize Theron for "Monster" and Halle Berry for "Monster’s Ball."

Davido has revealed that he probably wouldn’t have done “Osinachi” with Humblesmith if he hadn’t fallen out with Sophia Momodu‘s family.
In an interview with Ukrainian TV host Madlyn, Davido discussed making music and doing collabos. He said while he didn’t sing while growing up, he always knew he’d end up in the entertainment industry as he loved parties and watching artists on TV.
