Women’s World cup: Norway humiliates Nigerian Super Falcons 3-0

Norway’s women national football team scored three first-half goals to pave way for their easy win over Nigerian Super Falcons in their opening Group A game at the 2019 Women's World Cup in Reims.

Norway took the lead when Guro Reiten's shot deflected off Onome Ebi into the net, then later same first half, Lisa-Marie Utland fired through the hands of keeper Tochukwu Oluehi to make it 2-0 before an own goal by Osinachi Ohale dashed Nigeria’s hope.
Most sadly for the night, Nigerian defender Faith Michael was carried off on a stretcher after collided with team, mate Oluehi.
