Cristiano Ronaldo is the highest paid player in Italy, distantly followed by Matthijs de Ligt and Romelu Lukaku.

According to Gazzetta dello Sport, Cristiano Ronaldo's wages at Juventus makes him the highest paid player in the Italian league with a take home wage of £28million-a-year after taxes.

 Others that followed him closely are Juventus' new summer signing Matthijs de Ligt who takes home £7.2million-a-year plus bonuses, Inter Milan Belgian striker Romelu Lukaku earns £6.7million-a-year plus bonuses. Below is just the top 5 earners in the Italian league:
