Breaking: Tekashi 6ix9ine must serve out his jail term- Judge insist as he deny the rapper’s request

Though he claimed that his life is in serious danger behind the bars, rapper Tekashi 6ix9ine won’t be going home at time soon.

This comes as the federal judge handling his case just denied the rappers motion to serve his 24 months under home confinement.
In the ruling of the Judge, Paul Engelmayer he maintained that the rapper serving out his jail term behind bars is very necessary for the nature of his case, to reflect the seriousness of his crimes.

In addition, the Judge said that, granting the rapper's request would eliminate the remaining prison component of his sentence in favor of lesser forms of confinement.’
Recall the rapper had made the request not long ago, claiming he feared for his life because the facility where he's currently staying is populated with the people he snitched on to get his shortened sentence.
