Good News: Netflix Enters Nigeria in Grand style

Global movie streaming giant, Netflix is officially entering the Nigerian market in grand style, and we are so excited over that.

Though this is not the first time Nigeria is meeting with the streaming giant, as they had in the past acquired some of our biggest movies, including Genevieve Nnaji’s directorial debut movie, ‘Lionheart’.

The streaming platform shared a photo on its new Twitter account @NetflixNaija featuring some of the finest in the industry, like Kunle Afolayan, Mo Abudu, Ramsey Nouah, Richard Mofe Damijo, Kemi Adetiba, Adesua Etomi, Banky W, Omoni Oboli, Kate Henshaw, and others.

The tweet was captioned: “N is for Naija. N is for Nollywood. N is the 14th alphabet. 14 is also how many great talents you’re looking at. N is for Netflix. But most importantly…hello, Nigeria!
