Nigerian lawyer writes a touching tribute to late mum as he recounts how she taught him to read and write.


UK based Nigerian born legal practitioner, Kingsley Onye has just announced the demise of his lovely mother, Madam Onye.

The bereaved took to his social media page few hours ago to pen an emotional tribute to his late mother revealed that she was the first person who taught him how to pronounce words, how to read and write.

Mr. Onye went on to heap lovely and touching words on his late mum as he bide her an emotional farewell. Sharing the photo of his late mama, he wrote: “GONE TO GLORY, TO BE WITH THE LORD! JUST LOST MY WONDERFUL MOTHER. MOTHER IN A MILLION, WHO TAUGHT ME MY FIRST LETTERS, HOW TO READ AND WRITE.

SHE SACRIFICED EVERYTHING FOR HER CHILDREN TO BE SUCCESSFUL. SHE CAME, SHE SAW AND SHE CONQUERED. ADIEU GREAT WOMAN, GO IN PEACE AND REMAIN IN THE BOSOM OF GOD ALMIGHTY. REST IN PEACE MY SWEET MOTHER”.
