We don’t need your praises- Reno Omokri tackled over his remark on the Igbo people.

The whole drama started when the US based bestselling Author and Televangelist took to his Twitter page to write about the hardworking and envious entrepreneurship mindset of the Igbo people, which makes them the richest race in Africa as of today.

Recalling how the Nigerian civil war, otherwise known as the Biafra war took away everything they had achieved, to the extent that every Igbo family was reduced to the level of having not more than £20, but years after the war, they have emerged the wealthiest race in Africa.

Well, some persons of the Igbo extraction were not happy and comfortable with his praises as they confronted him head on. Like one Chukwuka Okeke Akubuilo wrote:

We don't need this sort of misplaced post. This sort of post brings a lot of resentment to the Igbos in every poor society like Nigeria.

Reno should encourage the Igbos to go protect, industrialize and develop their ancestral homes to compare with Dubai in the next 30 years.”

"I don't want my tribe to be praised by man like Reno Omokri," one Ozo Obiafuruaku also tackled the former Special Assistant to ex President Goodluck Jonathan.
